Kitchen wasn’t 100% Clean

I didn't like the fact that the room keys don't have the remote for the gate so you have to keep on calling them to open and close the gate for you and that can be a bit frustrating.

The place was nice and clean, safe location. Isaac was very helpful, and he's very good and welcoming. He made us feel like we were at home. Thank you very much for that.

Good property in a very good environmental area. The traffic though is the biggest otherwise I'm happy with everything else. The stuff was brilliant and very helpful with a lot of respect.

The utensils like the pots etc was a bit rusty and the toilet seat in the first bathroom was broken.

only thing I didn't like that's missing in the rooms is soap, cloths. Shower gel to shower and or maybe small tooth brushes and small toothpaste but further all was great thank you

Location was good considering the recent negative news about Port Elizabeth. Value for money accommodation. More could be done about the bathing facilities, the water is dark as if its untreated borehole water Generally reasonable given the price paid for the facility

There were no provisions to get water other then the bathroom to make tea or coffee.

The place was very clean which made my stay very pleasant.

Sharing a bathroom n kitchen with other guests 🥹. They promised to bring lights during loadshedding but they did not n we were in the dark for 2 hours 🙆🏻‍♀️

The place was clean. The staff is friendly. Didn’t like sharing the bathroom and kitchen with other guests. Would have preferred to have my own bathroom, bar fridge, kettle n microwave in my room. My stay was ok. My son enjoyed the swimming pool.

The swimming pool water was not clean at all.Service was poor, cleanliness in the room,dish cloth was not even there.The bed was horrible.

Our hostess Linda was lovely. The accommodation was affordable, but the place could use a bit of maintenance and could be cleaner. There were also no provisions made for loadshedding, with no lights or internet during blackouts.
