Buffet dinner and breakfast, plenty of choice but unless you are there when it's put out fresh it all becomes a bit tired and unappetising looking. Would personally rather have fresh prepared food from A La carte menu. Breakfast was good with good choice of cereals and fruit but bacon looked fatty and soggy. Choice of eggs freshly cooked was good.

Lovely setting. Very relaxing and warm welcome into hotel especially after a long day game viewing in the park. Enjoyable meal in the delightful restaurant in the evening with very attentive staff. The best spa after breakfast the following day! Thoroughly enjoyed our sport stay.

Very poor WiFi speed and signal. We were also disappointed that there was no Gluten Free pasta as advertised.

Beautiful and well maintained property with spacious rooms and excellent service by all members of staff. The food is exceptional whether it was at the terrace, pool area or at dinner, every meal was excellent. They have a wide variety of activities around the area that was easy to book and very enjoyable. Have to mention the staff and the teams in the various areas of this establishment- they are an amazing asset to this place, warm, welcoming and friendly smiles throughout. Absolutely nothing!

The staff at Ghost Mountain Inn were exceptional - they went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as it could be. We especially enjoyed all our interactions with Nokhulunga who kept us entertained at every meal time - she is a gem! The food was outstanding, and although the excursions were a little pricier than expected, the game drives into both Mkuze and Manyoni were very enjoyable.

The walls between the rooms are too thin, we could hear our kids in the next room chatting. On both days we were there the electricity tripped sometime during the night and morning. We had to call to have the issue resolved. The stay was still great nevertheless.

The ambience and the spacious rooms. It was a really comfortable stay for my family. The manager on duty on the day we arrived offered us dining options that were suitable for us. Breakfast was tasty.

The older rooms in the hotel need a bit of upkeep. Nothing big, just a lick of paint or so. The newer section is probably fine. It may be worth the upgrade if you plan to stay longer. They are busy renovating a section already, and I am looking forward to the results next time we visit.

The staff are lovely! They truly make you feel welcome from the moment you enter. It is a beautiful hotel with great facilities and activities such as game drives and a spa. We would love to have stayed longer to make use of these. There are also wonderful historic pictures all around, setting it apart from your big chain hotels. I enjoyed these special touches, as well as the lit fireplaces and a well stocked bar for after dinner drinks.

Safari guys are not communicating. They changed time for us without informing us of the changes. Although food was excellent, you can improve on baking fresh cakes in the morning and your dessert menu.

Our best hotel in three weeks in SA. Very good food, very friendly staff, nice garden and pools. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. Excellent service for our 2yo, very child loving staff and management. It was a joy.
