The bedroom was a little dated and would benefit from a little TLC

The fact that dinner is not included in their package but yet they offered us and even dished up without mentioning that it’s on us.The other night we only me went downstairs to get warm soup and I was told it’s covered as dinner for 2,this made me upset honestly and it’s unfair!

Great location in Marloth Park -easy to access the park and we actually saw a lot of animals also in Marloth Park itself. The staff was exceptionally helpful and they really made us feel at home. We travelled with our 7 month old girl and they really made everything as easy as possible.

It was a really great experience. The staff are very friendly, yet still professional and always willing to help. The food was excellent. The lodge itself is great as you can see animals roaming around. I would definitely recommend this place, and will, no doubt, be visiting again.

The lighting in the room is on the low side, perhaps implementing dimmer lights will be useful to cater for the cases where people want brighter lights. The location of the establishment is adjacent to the Kruger, for us, we wanted to hear the bush sounds however the music in the entertainment area of the establishment was quite loud.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the establishment is amazing - well decorated, clean, and of high quality and standard. The food was absolutely delicious!

The location within Marloth in terms of viewing wildlife from the cottage or unit was a little limited. No kitchenette inside the units, can be a little cramp for a family with a baby, with older kids it would be better suited as the area is safe and secure.

It was a comfortable stay in Marloth. The location was close to the Tourist information center and access to the local shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe and secure for kids to play.

This was our first safari trip and Grand Kruger Lodge gave us the best experience ever, we checked in at 2am and their staff was happily waiting to check us in, they even prepared fresh pizza for us at that hour, that just blew us away, a game drive was arranged for us at that hour, we over slept as we were suppose to leave for the game drive at 5am and the staff woke us up and arranged another ranger to take us for the game drive, our breakfast packs were ready it’s as if all we had to do was arrive and our weekend was all sorted. The ambiance there, you are literally one with nature, we were visited by kudus, zebras, wild hogs at the lodge the game drive was just to see lions and elephants the rest of the animals were just residence roaming around, we even came across giraffes. The staff members are the friendliest, you feel so at home even though you are meeting them for the first time, we spoke to Surprise Nkosi just after making a late booking and how friendly he sounded made us look forward to arriving at the lodge, it didn’t feel like we’re going to a place we didn’t know and they can cook, OMG from the pizza that we ate at the wee hours of the morning, to the sandwiches in our breakfast packs , to the soup and bread at dinner, the buffalo wings, ow their creamy samp and lamb curry🫠🫠🫠 and the buffet breakfast the next morning. We really loved it here and can’t wait to go back again❣️ow and just before check out we spent 2 hours at the spa 😍the Indian head massage was out of this world, our feet got pampered and the back, neck and shoulder massage removed all the stress load I was carrying. Even the owner is so kind, he walked us to the car after check out and the staff gave us bottled water for the road. If satisfied was a person it would definitely be me❣️
