The are no towels in the room, plus the were students making noise over night so we couldn't sleep well, there's no soap for staff incase they forgot their soap, The tv's plays only 2 Channels no YouTube, no Dstv, and there's only one plug in the room

The walls are paper thin and understandably so. I can make up for that by drowning out any noise with the tv but there's the issue of the fan that overlaps the two rooms next to each other which leaves a largest open space for sound to travel through - making privacy impossible for both rooms. Personally I'm a low maintenance type of person, just that fan though.

I love how close it is to attractions such as N1 City mall and right around the corner from GrandWest Casino & Entertainment World. All your conveniences are within 5 minute's walk. KFC, McDonald's, SHOPRITE, you name it. Best of all, the property is more secure than most accommodations I have stayed at. With staff monitoring both indoor and outdoor activity for your safety.

The fact that i booked online and was told that they do not take online bookings, after a lengthy conversation with the manager i was allowed to sleep and it was very unpleasant for me as.i was very tired.

The noises you could hear from the hall way and neighboring rooms. The bathroom is too open and some of the guest (Male) even walked right into the female bathroom. The low pressure water during my shower was annoying.

I did not add breakfast to my stay. I liked the lounge area it was beautiful. I like the friendly staff and service they provided.

The men's bathrooms looked better than the lady's. Water was cold, floor was wet and bathrooms smelled really bad. The walls are made of dry-wall, meaning you can hear conversations 2 rooms down the hall.

Receptionist(male) was really nice and welcoming. Agreed to move us to a different room as we were not happy with the one we got, close to the entrance and very noisy.

I stayed here for a month. I can only make suggestions to improve other future clients experiences. 1) Curtains in bathroom (room 6) and fix all broken window handles. 2) Fix broken tap in room 12. 3) Fit shower railings in all bathrooms to prevent the shower floor getting flooded. 4) Make sure all rooms have kettles, 2 x cups, spoons, glasses, forks and knives. Please get new bed linnen and towels. 5) Pest control must come and spray for cockroaches once per month (the whole building). Unfortunately I experienced alot of cockroaches in our room and also saw them running around in the kitchen. 6) Update your photos on booking.com because the rooms doesn't look like in the photos. 7) The toilet in room 9 doesn't have a toilet seat. 8) Kitchen needs new pots, and cooking utensils. Maybe e new microwave too. This place will be a great success if they do regular maintenance and spend some money on creating a "wow" factor for their clients. Set up a coffee shop in the smoking room. People can then sit down, enjoy coffee and a slice of cake.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good wi fi. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They have a generator when loadshedding happens. Rooms and reception newly painted.

As I am writing this review, I still have trauma for the place. My biggest regret was not reading the reviews. The room was disgustingly dirty. What you see is not what you get. The carpet has a huge stan. The smell of tobacco leaf was so strong in the room. The bed everything you move it make noises. The sheets were not clean at all. The walls are actually ceiling, and that why you can hear someone snoring the entire night. We were told that the iron might burn us all in the house if not switched off. The staff were extremely rude, Ijoh. There are no proper kitchen appliances. The numbers do not go through, they don't respond to emails, and WhatsApp messages. The shower window and the bathroom doors do not close. There ia a eletric cable going through the shower. The toilet wasn't clean either. And not forget about the big cockroach IT WAS A BLEEDING GEMORS!!!

Everything kitchen was dirty rooms were disgusting blood on the sheets and on the pillows the bed had pee stains was a really uncomfortable experience wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy WONT EVER COME HERE AGAIN SIES and the walls were so thin you can hear everyone’s conversations and tvs no privacy at all
