While we are pleased to know that our location suited your travel needs, we are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the invoice issue. We understand how important proper documentation is, especially when traveling for business purposes. Please allow us to clarify that since your reservation was made and paid via a third-party platform, the payment was processed directly through them, not by the hotel. As such, the hotel is unable to issue a tax invoice, as the financial transaction did not occur directly with us. In these cases, the invoice must be requested from the booking channel and in this instance, Booking.com. We do understand your frustration and regret any inconvenience this caused. Your concerns are valid, and we are actively working with our team to improve how we communicate this policy in advance to avoid future misunderstandings.
