Just we saw gowns on the photos and assumed it was part of the package but didn't find any in the rooms and no pool towels as per advertisement too

The place is amazing, the views are to die for,and it was so clean and though there wasn't any staff members, everything was laid out in such a way it was easy for us navigate around on our own, we loved the privacy too as we had the whole Villa to ourselves, wish I could stay longer too.

It could be a plumbing issue or something else- but the humid - not so pleasant smell from the bathroom that room 1&3 use- that should be looked into. It could be an easy fix- but definitely worth looking into. Would also recommend a deep/thorough cleaning of the other areas of the villa other than just the bedrooms at least every other day/ once a week (depending on how busy it is).

They have done really well with the layout and general upkeep of this beautiful villa. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Better communication from kitchen staff. Especially around coffee and juice. None was offered, and it was not clear whether we could help ourselves or not. Only after we have been seated for a while, and eventually asked for some juice, it was borught to us. I would suggest a coffee and juice station, to make it obvious that guests can help themselves to it, as currenlty you have to go into the kitchen area and fridge to get it, which normally, a guest will not do at a guesthouse, as it would feel a bit intrusive for a guest to go where the kitchen staff is busy working.

Overall stay was very enjoyable. The house and pool is beautiful. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. The food was good, but the people serving can take a bit long, and can improve their communication. Still cannot understand why we had to go and sit at the long table to eat, when we were perfectly happy at the smaller tables. That was a little weird. But other than that, no complaints.

I didn't like the fact that we were not provided with white towels, and the water was could in the m orning when we had to take a shower and also there is no YouTube, we could not play music due to that.

I like the set-up of our room, and the view by the pool side. It really has a great view and peaceful and sweet workers

- we had to wait 15min for someone to come open the door for us - the room had only 3 towels for 4 people - the shampoo etc were all half empty - you enter the room from the bathroom and then you get in the beds side

Room # 4 opens onto the toilet/bathroom, took a little getting used to.

Was different to what I am used to in a "self catering" / "bed & breakfast". None the less it was clean and comfortable.

requires basic maintenance and upkeep, the place is ageing, and is of average cleanliness (poor-condition showerhead)—with little effort, it can return to the 9.5 status of 2017.

Couple of maintenance issues that were resolved immediately.

If the entire property is booked it is great for a big family.

It is in need of maintenance. The deck area was not neat. Chairs just standing around. Pond/ fountain at pool was green and dirty. When we checked in there were dirty cups standing around. Wifi was not working in the room at all. Room was advertised as presidential suite of 92sqm which it definitely was not.

The photos looked beautiful and the views were nice.

When I made the reservation I informed that I was allegic to gluten and I asked for a gluten free breakfast and the owner replied that it was not a problem. In the morning there was no breakfast at all. The shower drain was clogged and in 2 minutes the bathroom flooded. this should have beek checked by the owner before receiving guests.

woundeful villa, elegant forniture, perfect cleanliness. large rooms. bery pleasant athmosphere. I can really recommend it.

When they say unit with an external private bathroom, it does not mean you have your own unit without ensuite. It means you go across the passage where everyone else passes through to get to their rooms. Think commune, but the bathroom across the passage is for your own private use. The carpet needs some serious deep cleaning. Other than than that we had a great stay.

It is exactly as on the pictures. Absolutely stunning villa. The staff is just amazing, the breakfast was delicious and the cereals are available for free. Breathtaking views

I loved everything about this place, it was everything I saw on the pictures and more.Spectacular views, from the back you can see the city view on the front you have the see view. I'm definitely going back ❤️❤️❤️.
