When we were there the front gate wasn’t working properly, and we had to get out of our car to open it. It wasn’t locked during the day so far as we could tell. There was a padlock hanging there, so I’m assuming it was locked at night. I would’ve felt a little more secure if the gate clicker was working, and it wasn’t so easy for just to anyone open the gate.

Secluded and clean. Lovely azaleas everywhere. We slept so well in the comfy beds. It isn’t new but it’s well kept. It was in a lovely location to see the waterfalls and other sights on the panorama route. Wonderful, strong water pressure in the hot shower. Obadias helped us get checked in, and answered our questions very well.

Base and matrass is worn out and it was very very uncomfortable to spend the 3 nights we had to. Although the staff member borrowed us a heater is could keep us warm enough because the house doesn't have operational aircons.

The staff welcomed me with warm hand. The house is big enough to accommodate my family The place is just in front of Graskop George lift which made our visit easily.

There's alot of maintenance that needs to be done. Was not value for money. The leaking tap was driving me nuts & the moisture got our clothes damp. The staff though were good and friendly.

A buzzer on gate when arriving or leaving would be better than phone etc It was a bit odd on arrival to phone and get no answer and then wonder if the place was even open. All good in the end but as a visitor you just don’t know what’s going on, the property almost looks abandoned from the road. After settling in a lady came begging for money and again for food at the door of the cottage, which raised concerns on access / security. Again all good in the end but it was unsettling.

Place was clean and ok and met what we were expecting.

Shower tiles was dirty and bathroom didnt smell fresh at all Loose mats needs to be washed/steamed cleaned as it was very filthy The mattress in the bedroom next to the bathroom was extremely uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. So 4 adults had to share 1 room as that mattress was much better

The garden and location of the property was the only thing that stood out for me

Main Gate of the resort is not manned, and led to it being left open during the day with no security to monitor inward/outward movement. Microwave was very smelly and thus we didn't make use of it. Furniture and furnishings, beds, and bathroom amenities should be looked at for improvements. No bathroom hand-towels or handwash provided. No permanent toilet roll holders in both bathrooms. No 2-pin adapters provided in the unit where required for charging of phones ect, nor for the "new" bedside lamps in the rooms. Noisy neighbors' at the back of the unit in the close vicinity.

Generously sized unit. Each cottage has some privacy from the one next to you. The location is great being close to Graskop's main attractions. The cottage was fairly clean upon arrival, yet some hidden areas were not cleaned entirely. Extra, clean, fuzzy blankets provided in the cupboards. Host was friendly upon arrival, and communicated via Whatsapp for the unit's keys. Firewood can be purchased at R40 per bag from the host if required. Overall, a pleasant 2-night stay for the price!

Little things like a good quality toilet paper make a huge difference. Renovations in the bathrooms are urgently needed. The carpets need to be cleaned to keep the house smelling fresh and clean.

Was dirty and the whole Unit had a VERY BAD smell, the hot tub was DIRTY and DISGUSTING with human body fluids and baby oil and not cleaned at all. Had to buy bedding, because bedding was dirty and smelly. Mattress worn out and the place was not maintained at all. Very unsafe. No security, no locked gates anyone can get in whenever they want to. Wifi was limited, could not stream anything on the tv. Stove did not work, fridge and microwave dirty, toilet leaking and whole place is in dispair and not maintained at all. Kitchen drying cloth had such a disgusting odour don't know when last it was washed. Please remove this accommodation from Booking.com Would not recommend anyone to pay to stay here.

Our bathtub could not be used as the water kept running out. The beds are old and VERY uncomfortable There is no fitted sheet on one of the beds When we got in the jacuzzi, the water was dirty, it was full fine leaves drifting around They could really put up better curtains

We waited long at the gate to be opened. The furniture is old Bathroom tap is liking water, the tiles are dirty need to be taken out especially in the shower side. No swimming pool. Television is not working, they say is due to weather but that's not true, even in a sunny day still not working. Sheets in the bedroom are old.
