The view was absolutely amazing. The rooms were so comfortable. Loved that there were 3 bathrooms. The deck view and braai area was great. The lodge itself is beautiful too. Overall a great stay!

The unit had a smell maybe due to the carpet, but this was a small inconvenience.

The views from the unit and the calmness and quiet in the property were relaxing. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The property is really close to local attractions and a mall which was very convenient.

Stressfull cause we didnt have anyone to contact in case our booking had any issues with. No number to call or anyone to contact over the weekend to make us more relaxed with check in. Before we went sent numerous emails and it was never answered. Had to call to find out about how to pay for security deposit as on site it says 14days before and they only sent it 5 days before after we called a few times stressing about the lack of communication and no reply on emails. Everything went smoothly and we dont have any complaints except for communication.

Our carpet in the main bedroom was wet from a flood or mopping effort in the passage. They responded promptly with a vacuum machine which help but it remained damp. Tried to dry it with a fan overnight but still damp.

It’s just so convenient and well located with lots to do on site. Restaurant was excellent. Staff most. Helpful.

The unit had 3 bats. They would come out at night and fly around the bedroom, which made sleeping abit difficult. We managed to get 1 of the bats out, but the other 2 not. It needs to be investigated as to how the bats are coming in to the unit.

Unit was clean and comfortable with good quality finishings, location was good.

The staff are super friendly, the facilities are well put together and attention to detail is superb! Daily cleaning done effeciently and without disruption. The resturant is super and the lodge i stayed in is excellent!

The house was amazing. Lovely outdoor furniture and seating area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house exceed my expectations. Lovely ensure bedrooms large and great views of the dam. Very clean and well maintained. The back power was great . Wifi and dstv was excellent. Will definitely be back

Kitchen facilities are old and almost unusable. The home is in serious need of some maintenance and love.

we arrived at midnight with no verbal info regarding electricity stoppages we don’t come from SA and didn’t realise this was a problem there was barely any emergency lighting so we stumbling around in the dark. I cannot understand why there are not more solar lights or panels or even a generator. it was impossible to cook an evening meal with timings of no electricity couldn’t find the WiFi password
