I believe some basic maintenance would enhance the overall guest experience. During our stay, we noticed a strong odour coming from the drains in the upstairs bathrooms, which we reported to reception. In addition, the air conditioners would benefit from a thorough cleaning, as some of the filters were blocked and prevented certain units from functioning properly until we cleaned them ourselves.

The house was exceptionally well equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is spacious and well laid out, so even with our large group of seven people, everyone had more than enough room to relax without feeling crowded. The resort itself is beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere and a fantastic variety of activities to keep the children entertained throughout our stay. Joey was a truly outstanding host — friendly, attentive and quick to assist whenever we needed help. When we mentioned that the braai was a bit unsteady and too small for our group, Joey arranged a brand-new braai for us within a single day. That kind of prompt and thoughtful service is rare, and we were incredibly impressed. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better hospitality.

I liked most of the things,the only thing I would suggest is that the property to arrange transport like an Uber as an additional charge,because when I am tipsy I don't feel like driving.

There was no darts and also one of the switches tripped all the light when we put it on. There was also a broken door knob on arrival which prevented that door from closing.

Great location for various reasons, such as spotting of some animals, safe and secure location and also to meet other people.

The cleaning, the flowers were dusty and my husband has sinus, the one in the bedroom upstairs and the ladies were leaving paddles of water on the floor and i personally had to dry the floor. behind the head board there were dead bugs, we found them there i guess we left them there. the toilets not properly cleaned, especially the whole toilet pot from the outside.

The house is so spacious and it made us feel home away from home. we did not have to worry about load shedding and the easy access to the rest room on the ground area was a tick for us, it made it easy for us to move and not warrying about going up and down for that.Can i list, WI-FI, rest rooms, load shedding converter,two geysers,we never ran out of hot water, space and the view. 5 stars.

Bats coming into the chalet, need to look at a repellent for this occurring. But great service from reception, they arrived & took it out within a few minutes.

The swimming pools are just too far from our unit ,maybe if you can add extra pools around the lodge
