The kitchen faucet was not fastened properly, the toilet flush handles were loose, the white bedding and white towels had some brown dirt stains etc. These things are all minor and did not affect our wonderful experience, but it’s sad to see such a beautiful property tending towards disrepair.

It is a beautiful property, perfectly located for a big family holiday to the Kruger Park. The house is spacious and comfortable, providing a super relaxing holiday atmosphere.

The check-out process of photographing cutlery and cookery is tedious. We also didn't have access to the stand-alone braai stand that we were informed would be made available. So we made use of the shared lapa which was beautiful with river views.

Spacious bedrooms and three are ensuite, with the last bedroom having the bathroom next to it. The hosts were quick to respond to queries. The property is also reasonably priced. We wished we had a longer stay

Has everything you need, beautiful scenery, and so many things to do inside the lodge itself. Big house and really comfortable and nicely set up.

- The stove didn't come with a manual and was hard to operate. Had to call maintenance for assistance. - The WiFi is very poor, doesn't cover well in the bedrooms and even when you're close to it (in the lounge area) it is still weak. Soo weak that the smart TV was hard to watch as it kept buffering when we tried to watch a programme on TV. - The house was not properly cleaned upon arrival, footprints on the floor, dust on the counters and toilets not clean enough. - The braai stand provided was too small, for a big family we had to wait for a while in order for all our meat to be properly braai'd. - The air conditioners in the bedrooms only blew cold air, they didn't heat up (probably the "cooling " kind only) but I can be wrong.

- The property was very spacious, with separate 4 bathrooms. - The scenery was perfect, quiet in a calming peaceful location. - The kitchen was fully equipped, but the knives were too blunt for my liking. - The beds and couch were too comfortable - I loved the fact that there were cleaning ladies to clean the house the next day

From day one, the reception was welcoming and on point, the staff is all loving(that says alot about how they also get treated) - the place is the best i must say

The pool at night time is to dark. Not enough light on the walkways.. The pool at reception is tge only place you can order drinks and food , you should consider adding a cafe or restuarant at the other pool as well. Maybe a little smaller..

The landscape and the nature was calming and relax. The fact that their was extra activities for the kids.

Alarm came on at night and though we reported it no one came to check it. Also the braai stand was broken and not suitable to use. The cleaning person was unfriendly.

The size of the unit. Kitchen ware adequate. Quality of bedding and linen.

The house was clean and close to the pool and shopping center. The Wi-Fi was working all the time. The staff was friendly, overall we had a great time.

The wifi strength / connectivity though not critical is not strong, also the shower mixer handle in the top bedroom needs attention as its was broken when we arrived and the water set only at hot.

The House was very clean and its suitable for the large family like mine, we had 7 people who were comfortably accommodated, the House is in a great estate and the unit itself well kept, I will definitely be comin back , hopefully to the same unit

The Wifi was terrible but I believe due to bad signal. I intended to work while at the unit, but was unable to use wifi.

We booked this super last minute due to being let down by other booked accommodation. This unit was amazing for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Although there is not a private pool at the villa, there is a communal pool a 1 minute walk away and we were the only ones using this the whole time we were there! The bedrooms are all lovely and the upstairs twin room is more like a suite with huge wardrobe and bathroom! The terrace was lovely overlooking a huge pond. Kruger park lodge itself is amazing and could not recommend it enough! Our contact Joey from Bookings Africa was amazing and so helpful and responsive - if we visit again we will be staying here!

I tried calling Operations Manager (No response) until today. One room didnt have an aircon remote and the other room the airconditioner was not working. There were not multiplugs as well. When i called reception they were very helpful. the maintenance guy came after 3 phone calls and sorted out the problem. Because it is a private owner, they could not assist with multi plugs.

The ladies at reception were friendly , professional and helpful.
