Kruger Park Lodge is excellent and this is the 7th visit we have made. Highly recommend. Don't get an organized safari drive instead drive yourself, it always lot cheaper and can see same animals.

It's not what I didn't like but rather room for improvement ☺️ Matts in the bathroom One of the showers in 547 looked blocked and wasn't releasing water Beds are really hard, bearable though but my back is in great pain

The greens on the golf course and the golf carts require maintenance. We had to play golf at Sabie River Sun. We would have much preferred to play at KPL, hence the reason we booked accommodation there. The pillows in the rooms not comfortable.

Lights outside did not work, Oven was very difficult to put on, even when maintenance came out they could not get it to work. Roof above eating table was leaking when it rained. Aircon in main bedroom was leaking. Patio lights did not work and kept tripping making it very difficult to braai. Toaster tripped the entire house when used .

The place was spotless clean. The resort was amazing, staff friendly and helpful. Felt safe to walk and was an awesome place to unwind and relax. Will definitely go back again

The surroundings of the property were lovely, and the location was perfect, being very close to the entrance of Kruger National Park. However, the overall experience was not great due to several issues. The electricity supply was inconsistent, and during a rainstorm, the roof began leaking in multiple spots. Staff came to dry the floors with towels and left the towels there for us to manage. The house itself was not in the best condition. Ants were everywhere, which made it feel unclean. One of the bathrooms had a blocked drain, which caused water to overflow every time we showered. When we reported the problems to reception, they initially said they would come to fix everything at 10 p.m., but as we were going to bed at that time, we asked them to come the next day. Unfortunately, no one ever came to resolve the issues. Their only response was to leave more towels for the roof leaks. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly in all the bedrooms, which made the heat manageable. Another downside was the noise from the neighbouring properties. We could clearly hear people talking and singing loudly, which disrupted the tranquillity of the place. Overall, while the location and surroundings were pleasant the unresolved issues made it not a perfect experience for us.

The electric oven fitted in unit was abit difficult to operate . but through google we eventually figured it out

The facilities was clean and neat and exactly as it appears on the pictures. its a quite area which is good for relaxing ad having peace of mind. the staff was prompt to attend to our quieries whenever there is one.

Everything thing were fine and we enjoyed our stay.

We didn't have breakfast or any other meals. Everything else was enjoyable and I would like to visit the unit again sometime. The property and the grounds are very well maintained. Thank you for a good experience.

It’s close to the shopping centres but still secluded and relaxing. The kudus were gracing us with their presence every morning, the kids loved it. The restaurant food is great. Housekeeping was good, WiFi works & very spacious for a family. The property manager kept in touch throughout our stay which we appreciated.
