I have stayed there numerous times. It is always a great stay. The rooms are lovely & the staff are great. The breakfast is always delicious.

What a great homely and comfortable atmosphere. The whole team at Lemon Tree Lane is amazing, and the location is perfect for any time you spend in Port Elizabeth.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lemon Tree Lane. The location is excellent, the rooms are very well equipped with many thoughtful touches. The garden is exquisite. Breakfast was very good. We also appreciated filter coffee and reasonably priced honesty bars in the rooms.

This was not an issue with the guesthouse itself, but when I searched for our group (4 adults and 2 children), Booking.com only gave the option to book three rooms. However, each room was situated a distance away from the other rooms, so the children could not stay in a room alone as it was not adjacent to one of the adult rooms. It was in fact possible to accommodate the two children with the two adults in one of the rooms as there was an extra single bed and sleeper couch. So we actually only needed to book two rooms instead of the three that Booking.com required us to book.

The guesthouse was fantastically clean and very central to where I needed to be. The gardens are beautifully maintained and makes for a very peaceful setting. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful!
