There was no heater. It would be great for a heater to be provided especially now in winter because it's very cold in the room and a thicker blanket.

The kitchen way too small if you were to stay there longer. And the shower please put screen water splashing all over and no cleaning equipment.

The shower doesn’t have a door or curtain allowing for water to spray all over the bathroom. There was an issue with the sewer and it got blocked. 2 days later and it was not rectified causing the shower drain to overflow when taking a shower. Think this could have been sorted out faster. The internet speed wasn’t great. Slow.

Perfect room and stay here. Our hosts were very helpful at all times. I even extended my stay here by 10 days as a result, my partner and I were very impressed and couldn't find a fault. when I'm next back in Cape Town, I will definitely be returning to Panorama Indlu.

There wasn’t anything we disliked. Any additional items we needed during our stay were promptly provided in record time.

We truly appreciated how the hosts were always available and eager to assist. Our little one loved spending time in the pool on a warm, sunny day and enjoyed the braai experience. We especially valued being offered a late check-out, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

This was my second stay, as my first experience was truly exceptional. This time, I booked the deluxe room, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. To my delight, they allowed me to check in early—as if they knew I needed some rest. It was a Friday afternoon, and since I had finished work early, the timing couldn’t have been better. As always, the service was outstanding, and the room was immaculate. I also appreciate how well they communicate with guests, ensuring that every detail is clear. Loadshedding began that same day, but I didn’t feel any inconvenience at all, thanks to their reliable backup power. The private room with a separate entrance provided the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Very private, beautiful and beautiful. Whether your a couple or by yourself, this is definitely a great getaway. The owner was so nice and accommodating. We got upgraded to a bigger room which was amazing.
