I was happy with most of the things except the fact that the iron and ironing board was not provided and we had to borrow from the lady who was assisting us. The rooms were clean and well kept.

We had a problem of using the stove it was not controllable and they could also have a shelter on the braai area it was extremely hot to stand in the sun to braai meat

It's good value for money and the place is very clean. I also like the host Stella, she was very helpful and friendly

If I had to find something ..., Maybe a shower arm in the ensuite bathroom would be useful as we all shower so we all used the one bathroom. But not a trainsmash or a gamechanger

This home away from home ticked all our boxes, With a pool and Boma and a games room and chill pad for the teenagers upstairs. The proximity to both Malelane and Croc Bridge gate. And the wonderful Stellah who was there to assist at any time of day or night with a smile and a chat.

The lightning in my room was not that good. Otherwise, all were good.

The location was perfect. Although the pub was nearby, it did not disturb us that much. Paul is a very friendly caretaker, always willing to assist.

The place was exceptional and the Caretaker, Paul, is an awesome gentleman. He made our stay very exciting and helped us with anything that we needed. Definitely coming back to this hospitality and great wildlife experience.

We loved the patio with comfortable chairs and gorgeous fire pit and beautiful pool ! Lovely view into the bush . kudus , zebra and warthogs family visited us daily.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that was unpleasant.

What a beautiful home! The house is located close to shops and restaurants. It was a good 2.8km walk to the crocodile river but a nice walk. Loads of different animals visit the house. I will definitely be visiting Rinkhals again. The care taker Paul was friendly and very helpful.

Dishwasher that was not there, thing I will ask to put.because washing dishes was taking time also.

It's was great place to stay.they was a backup plan when it's loadshadding .the was guy called Paul there he was so great helpful.its was good weekend for us.Paul you got 3star for your kindness keep it up

We had to manage with a stove that was faulty. Only one of the elements worked. After 3 days, we did receive two single “Snappy Chef” induction plate hobs. This helped a lot. Thank you for sorting it out. We were very close to the Bar and over the weekend, we did find it a bit noisy. We wanted to enjoy the night life noises and the music and loud people where a bit distracting. I might reconsider the location when I book a home again in Marloth.

Family friendly house with an excellent outside area were we where able to enjoy all the animals which came to visit! We did not spent much of our time inside the house but it was spacious and met our needs. The water was hot and we appreciated the fact that Paul started the generator during our night time load shedding! This was super convenient. Thank you for being so considerate.

The loadsheading at night when the aircon was off was a problem (not that they could help it) Fridges didn't get cold.

Paul was so helpful and always available for any questions or to offer help.

The main bedroom bed was too small. The upstairs aircon was not effective enough to use the upstairs entertainment area because it was too hot. The 7th bed upstairs wasn't good.

The pool and the wild life was great. Stella was fantastic.

The location, the dirty pool, the dirty boma and breakfast area. The unwelcome arrival and bad management of the place. Cancelation of my booking resulted in high cost and a negative start to my planned holiday

Very bad location The noise from the adjacent pub is terrible for someone wishing to relax in the bushveld. There was nothing to like about this place nor with my experience with booking.com. The place was dirty, appliances like stove broken, etc.

The pool was not clean because there was something that needed fixing. We were promised that it will be fixed the next day but that didn’t happen

We left back home before the end of our booking date as the house was infested with cockroaches. The roaches were all over the kitchen counter, under the toaster and kettle, in the drawers running over the Cutlery and even inside the fridge. In addition to above, there were insect droppings on top of the tv cabinet, which appeared to have been there for some time. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable.

The host Paul, was friendly and helpful. The pool and braai area was kept neat and clean. Wi-fi was provided.

The place was not that clean, the kitchen had cockroaches, the top deck is not clean we found bats inside at night and bat droppings on the tv cabinet. The toaster in the kitchen should be replaced we were to scared to use it, its falling apart. Both toilets are leaking and there is water constantly on the floors. The kitchen cabinet under the sink should be looked at, it has damp damage and not clean at all. We also found dirty cutlery in the drawer.

The host Paul was very friendly and on time. We did see a lot of animals, the swimming pool was very clean and the house is situated in a great spot close to everything.
