The furniture was in a terrible condition. The mattresses were very bad. Nothing like the pictures indicated. The parking was a disaster.

Nothing. The location was bad the property was not marked. We struggled to find the place . It’s very poor looked after.

There is no signage outside the property saying it is Mitchell Guesthouse. The road frontage is a little shabby, with a rotten door frame. We grew concerned when no-one answered the doorbell or knocking. We were starting to think we might have been scammed out of our money. Fortunately when we phoned, we were told how to get in. The room looks out over the back garden of the home. The swimming pool was a little green. (These things are all easy fixes.)

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and had all the basic things needed. The little pathway to the room has a pretty garden on either side.

The fact that the Netflix or prime was not working so there was only YouTube. So no tv

We were very pleased with our stay at Michells Cottages. THe owner kept in constant contact with us. The property was just off the N3 and close to the Hilltion hospital which is exactly what we wanted. the Room was very large even with a double bed and single bed. There was safe off road parking too.

Wow I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to whoever is in need of accommodation all the basics that are needed are available , quiet lovely view of pool area enough room to move around coffee station home away home real value for money I would return any day ..well done Mitchell guesthouse

The beddings, blanket and room had a mouldy smell, beds were making noise, bath tub had no shower extension, shower itself was so high which made it very difficult for my 77 year old mum to climb, the stay was very unpleasant and definitely a last trip

The turn off from the main road is on a very dangerous blind corner and the road is also at an angle. It was really misty and hard to find when we got back late. The only thing missing from the room was a hand towel in the bathroom and 1 of the lights weren't working. The one above the bathroom mirror.

This was a lovely home, my daughter and I shared a room which had more than we could ask for. We felt safe and my car was off the road in a safe walled yard. Our room was spotless, bedding, sheets and towels beautifully clean and comfy. I loved the cute garden area which had so many interesting plants to look at. Shanelle was very accommodating with my special requests and communicated well with me prior to our arrival which I greatly appreciate. Ioved that our room had a window looking onto the pool.
