The room was poorly ventilated. Even the aircon wasn't giving a cooling effect... Pool floor was dirty, though the temperature was nice & cool... The WiFi connection is poor. Daily buffering even when connected to the TV alone

I buzzed at the gate, no response. I tried calling the property but the phone was off. I waited for half an hour and asked someone who was going out the right contact details as I need to check in. After getting hood of Wandile, that’s when I got assisted. I was checked in the opposite property as the one booked was full. It was clean but the gate noise and neighbours noise made sure I didn’t get a peaceful sleep.

I am not exactly satisfied with the fact that the booking system does not allow for booking the exact room as per images. Due to the pricing being exactly the same for each room... Now, rather being allocated a room based on it being available upon arrival. Which doesn't seem all that fair.

Pricing is still convenient & a highlight for a stay.

I waited for 20 mins when I first arrived. I had to call the owner because I was pressing the bell nonstop and there was no answer. When someone finally got to us - Wandile was his name, instead of apologising after I told him I have been standing outside for long, he tells me I should have pressed the bell. I obviously did press the bell hence why I had to call the owner to tell him I have been standing outside, I even had to call the owner twice. I honestly didn't like that and that wasn't a nice welcome to the place. I also had a problem with my light in my bedroom, it was just not working properly.

I was very happy with the room in general, it was beautiful, I had hot water in the morning, there was no loud noises. The stay was great, you should definitely include breakfast in your BNB.

The room we were in and the property needs a lot of maintenance. The photographs on the app are deceiving as the garden is not as beautiful and one cannot sit in the garden or pool area as it's taken over by the people who run/own the property. The parking area is a disaster as we struggled to get out in time for our appointment as there were so many vehicles and we were parked in. The communal bathrooms were right outside our door and the noise from other guests using these facilities was really not great!

The location was perfect for us. The host was very pleasant.
