My stay was all good. No complaints.

Situated in a quite suburb in Mthatha South, this guest house is close to the town centre and shops. Received with a warm and friendly welcome by receptionist Nosictelo Nono and the checking in and out was smooth and effortless. The room is well equipped, large bathroom, very comfy bed and direct access to a small patio, the garden and a sparkling blue pool. Secure parking on site.

The guest house is beautiful & nice & quiet, we just had the unfortunate incident of a currently unidentified person who opened the electrical gate onto our vehicle & scratched & dented the body & broke the tail brake light. We alerted the host (manager) & owner & got no immediate compensation of any free stay voucher for our inconvenience. We alerted our insurance & it is dealing with the matter, Ms Maureen Konyana whom is the owner spoke with me & agreed to make the video footage available for investigation. The parking premises is way too small & doesn't cater for big cars bigger than sedans. We are happy with the accommodation but very disappointed in how the owner handled our unfortunate mishap that happened at their premises.

To be honest, I didn't expect such a clean and beautiful guesthouse in Mthatha. The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist. I am definitely returning the next time I have a business to do in Mthatha.

I was not happy with them not giving out the gate remote. We had to wait outside the gate for the security to open for us. For 3 nights it was not a smooth process I was so annoyed bcoz standing there at 23:00 in Umtata was not safe at all.

The bnb was a little bit far from the place I had to travel +-30 km n it's in the innermost of Southern wood but it is a very nice place. Nice rooms with backup, electric blankets n aircon. I really love the place
