Checkin was a job & half. The room in interest was double booked.

This place is a classic case of a bait-and-switch. The owner uses photos of the building next door to make their listing look appealing, but the reality is shocking. From the moment we arrived, we knew something was wrong. The air was heavy with the smell of mold, and there was clear evidence of unrepaired water damage throughout the room, including visible mold on the ceiling. The kitchen cabinets were peeling and the curtains looked like they belonged in my grandmother's house—old and mismatched. Basic items were falling apart, with a loose kitchen tap and wobbly towel racks. The bathtub had deep stains. The worst discoveries came in the morning. The bedding was filthy, with rust-like stains on the sheets and a pillow that was so severely stained it was yellow. The air conditioner didn't work properly, the Wi-Fi was out, and there was a useless miniature TV. This is not a place for anyone to stay. For just a small amount more, you can get a clean, proper room at the hotel next door. Save your money and your health—stay far away from this place.

The property was not available when we arrived at the correct time. Apparently it was still being cleaned? It was still not available after we had waited for an hour. Then we were redirected to a different property which had an air conditioner that did not work and a bathroom sink that was blocked. The next day we were asked to relocate to the originally booked room but the wi-fi router had been broken by the previous tenants so we were again asked to move back again to the alternate property. In total we spent about 3 hours trying to resolve lousy management issues.
