The set up of the room had lack of privacy. Get amenities in order; TV, pool and AC.

Hazardous entrance with no lights, Direction instructions are a bit misleading, 3 is not on the gate and the manual opening of the gate is not so ideal, especially at night

The stairs to the room. Could maybe have a seating area outside the room. Aircon did not work but ceiling fan was very comfortable.

The exterior building was not inviting though the inside was very clean and beautiful. The TV was not functional. Lastly we’d prefer that hooting at the gate be prohibited beyond 22h00pm.

Had sanitary pads plus a toothbrush incase off any emergency, that’s really thoughtful.

The fact that the tv didn’t work The aircon didn’t work, but there was a celling fan which worked okay too

They failed to provide something basic, they ran out of toilet roll on day 1 of 3. The lady said they were out of stock, as a result I had to buy myself enough rolls to last us for the whole duration of our stay. I was so disappointed💔💔💔

TV was not working. Aircon was not working. Bed was uncomfortable. Stairs was dangerous. Nothing to hold on to and vary steep. No lights at stairs. Not enough lighting in bedroom. Only bedside lamp. No sealed coffee and sugar

I hated the fact that the TV didn't work or had some connection problems We prefer the Aircon but was told to use the fan No teabags or sachets milk provided only coffee and sugar No proper sign in front of the gate to say this is the correct place. Lady can be more professional in her welcoming.

House can do with paint job to make it look nicer from outside.

Inside was clean and tidy, very nice little place. There is bar fridge and kettle and you are allowed to use kitchen in main house. There is a TV but tv box wasn't working, luckily we had own device to plug in and watch. Aircon not working but there is a ceiling fan. Place was perfect for what we needed, place to sleep and shower while attending gala across road.

- Pay deposit when you arrived,even if it was that little,to me is the reason behind the payment of that deposit as if I'm a thief. - Have to open and close the gate myself worse it was raining and it seems the gate is remotely/used to be. - No bulbs for side lamps,no remote control for air-condition,no remote control and extension plug for tv but all of this appliances are there but not working. - You can't go with bare foot on the floor because though it seems clean the floor has a sand which means they don't clean the room the day before the guest gets inn - Which means what you see from the booking.com pictures is the old version not the current status. - The yard,the grass is up to my knees as a result if it was not too late,I would have check for another place to sleep. - No towels for both guests even for one guest was not enough because I used the towel when I arrived but have to use the same towel for bathing again in the morning
