Waiting for checking in there was a misunderstanding about my name and my room but ended up sorted

It was good really enjoyed ourself,place is clean and view staff members great breakfast was nice

We were there from Fri to Monday unfortunately we did not end our stay, as a grp of girls arrived & during breakfast they came into the dinning hall in their pj's s & nighties, this was not good according to me On Saturday we did not sleep a wink, these girls were partying all night, their radio was loud & they were singing to the top of their voices. We tried calling the reception but no one picked up, we decided to forfeit our money & left Sunday morning. There is no security, the visitors to the girls were coming in & out as they wished. No one taking care of our cars parked at the parking The stairs are tiring. The place is expensive compared to the fees we paid I do not see myself booking there again !!

Staff, especially Zinhle was helpful & friendly.

Room 2 door did not lock. We were unable to contact anyone from the property after 11pm to try fix it.

Breakfast was very good with good selection. Beds were comfortable and clean. Showers had hot water, and bathrooms were clean and well lit. Fans worked perfectly and circulated air around the room.

There was no hot water upstairs in the morning, but Mr Mshazi responded promptly by offering us another room downstairs to shower, which we appreciated

The host was friendly and always available by phone. And Wow, Mr. Mshazi, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful! He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable , The breakfast was good

I have a problem with my leg and it's difficult to walk up the long flight of stairs. It should have a ramp with rails for easy access or be wheelchair friendly.

My stay was short as I attended a wedding so only slept in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities was near.

The other rooms with carpet were stuffy. The breakfast area didn't have enough space for everyone. We had to cavate the space for other people to eat

The bathroom was not unsuite. Leak in bathroom right above toilet. Shower towel railing broken. Door to room is skewed and does not close correctly. Driveway is very steep. People very noisy. Photos very misleading of the orange room

Wifi wasn't so powerful and the dstv remote wasn't working so well and the other rooms had better quality than ours but otherwise the rest of the room was amazing

There was a leak in the bathroom. The mattresses need replacing Not enough closet space for the length of stay No variety at breakfast The door needs to be sanded and the locks up dated Too many stares and not advertised. Not ideal for older or wheelchair guests

The staff were lovely and friendly. The pool area was great and I liked the balcony

Our room was die Green Room, I would just suggest more privacy for the bathroom section. The reception of guest especially the first timers like us from Gauteng. Explain the house rules, entrance and exit procedures and security after hours bit more and what the water situation is like.

walking distance for the beach and shopping centre. Braai next to a clean pool side. Staff was accommodating with requests. Breakfast was enough and adequately prepared

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable and old . You could feel the protruding springs on the mattress. Due to humidity the room was a bit stuffy and getting mold which lead to me struggling to breathe. Aircons will essential for them

No air-conditioned and the fans were not doing justice.. The parking was flooded because of the sewer pipe bursts n the yard was smelling

On a hill so parking the cars was hard. The fan made no difference to how hot it was. Shared balcony at times was a bit uncomfortable.

It was nice and peaceful and breakfast was good.

The driveway was very bad when it rained we struggled. The sewage pipe was burst at the bottom and the smell was bad into the rooms.
