the wifi did not work at all. However as i had my own mobile data i did not report it until i left and the host advised it would be sorted out.The apartment is well supplied but guests do need to be aware that the bedroom is upstairs and toilet is downstairs.

I was sent the gate code quite far in advance, and when i asked of it on the night i arrived they advised me to check the previous message instead of just giving it to me. I has lost the previous messages. there were also three unlabeled keys on the bunch, so a label on each would have been useful.

Awesome stay at „The Loft“ We felt like home and did not miss anything. Definitively 10 out of 10. Superb restaurant and coffee shop very close by.

It’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed, decorated absolutely perfectly. Lots of attention to detail, super comfortable.

The cottage we stayed in was excellent. very compfortable and had all the amenities needed. The location was excellent, nearby to Dullstrooms attractions. Very quiet and private, surrounded by well maitained gardens.

There were issues both mornings with alarms going off several times in the early hours of the morning for long. Very tough when you are trying to sleep in on your holiday. Geyser is also on a timer. Not great when you are on holiday.

Great property right in town. Units are a nice size with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and everything you could need a self catering unit. The grounds are beautiful.

I really can’t think of anything!

The cottage far outweighed our expectations, it was simply stunning. Set in a secure estate. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful upstairs living room with large comfortable sofas and large TV. The bedrooms were outstanding with crisp, white, quality linen and an electric blanket for those chilly evenings. Great outside space to chill.

We had an incident with another tenant on the property at midnight on our final night. They were driving erratically in the parking lot and knocked the gate off its rails which my partner proceeded to fix so we could close the gate and keep our car safe. Responses were received the following day from guest services confirming corrective action will be taken with that tenant and they offered to buy us coffee before we checked out,

PERFECT location for a first visit to Dullstroom! We were in the centre of everything! Walked everywhere we needed.

There was a lot of noise coming from outside throughout the evening and into the early morning hours, with people making a fair amount of commotion.

It was a quaint little place and spacious for a loft.

Extra length beds would have been preferable. I also find when you pay a daily rate but stay for multiple days, it feels like short sightedness to only supply items such as firewood / toilet paper for a short stay and the guest is expected to restock the items when they are depleted. Fact is we are not paying less for the 3rd day than what we paid for the 1st day!!
