Everything was perfect! The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, and the amenities were fantastic. I particularly loved the view.The overall experience was wonderful, and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

There was no poster to guide us on rules. No water in room Nobody answered calls from room Nobody and us if we needed anything. No explanation regarding electricity works with card We were lost At breakfast, ordered mango juice, got orange Waitress didn't seem interested

The fact that the play area wasn’t functional my kids were so disappointed.

The only issue i had was the geyser was not on in the evening. I had a cold shower on Saturday night. I tried calling the front desk no response. That is the only bad experience i had.

The breakfast choices were great and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bar downstairs was great and warm.

The pool and the seating area around the pool was terrible dirty when we arrived and when we checked out .it was neglected and not cleaned

I wish there can have separate pool for guest with the daily guest who comes to the pool restaurant because now we can’t bring our own drinks to the pool and it’s always overcrowded with daily guests

No staff at reception on arrival. We booked a sea view room only to be told by the staff that Booking.coms information on the room we booked is inaccurate We paid for a sea view room and we're given a garden view room After refusing to accept the room allocated, and refusing to pay more, we were given a sea view room I don't have a problem paying more for a sea view room if that's what I get,. The coffee station in the room is pathetic There was not enough coffee milk or sugar for more than 2 small cups. This dated coffee sachet offering needs to be replaced There was no bottled water in the fridge

The wifi for internet connectivity on the TV was very poor. We could not access the sources as expected in the TV.

Thank you for the vegetarian/vegan breakfast catered for. However, it was bland and lacked variety. The service was poor as staff seemed uninterested and tired. The staff were not friendly as expected for a resort during the festive period. Perhaps rotate staff so they are well rested and happier to work during busy holiday period.

the room was not very clean the kettle was absolutely dirty, and i had a baby that i need to make bottles with hot water , lucky i brought lemons i had to clean it. the linen was not changed everyday i was there for 3 nights.

Breakfast doesn’t offer enough variety. Staffs are generally good except for one or two minor issues which are not worth mentioning.

Breakfast was very poor. Very limited buffet options. Staff was not friendly. They only offer 1 drink for the buffet and the you have to pay for any further drinks. Disappointed that there were no doughnuts, muffins, croissants, pan cakes which is normal at other places. There is no service to help with the luggage.
