The floors were extremely squeaky, it would have been unbearable had we stayed longer.

I requested a cot bed and this was not provided. You can hear everything outside including all the trucks passing the main road at night.

There was construction taking place in the room next to ours. The noise started as early as 8:20am on both days over the weekend. We had to ask the contractors to keep the noise down at 4:30pm. This was a discomfort as we travelled to this location for some rest.

Staff could have been clearer about where to go. Perhaps walking with the guest would be good? Signage from the back parking area pointing guests in the right direction would be helpful. The building is painted so beautifully, it would be nice if the theme was carried through the passageway where guests walk to get to the front. That walkway is dirty, uneven and disconcerting. Lastly, perhaps a security gate at the back would make guests feel less concerned about the safety of their vehicle.

Lovely room, very tastefully decorated, lots of attention to detail. All facilities were great. Bed is very comfy. The location is perfect for wondering around the town. Breakfast at Bankers was delicious and very generous.

The sound proofing could be better. I could hear my kids singing in the shower on the next room but anyway this is not a deal breaker. Low water pressure on the kids showers as well as loose shower handle. No soap holders in the showers

Very impressed with the Lofts. It is central to the town and easy to access key places. The Hotel rooms were very modern, clean and very spacious. It had everything we needed i.e electric blankets, coffee, rusks, etc. Breakfast was also good at the Bankers Bar and Grill

Toilet drain was not working optimally, please look into that otherwise you might end up with high water bill. Also at least basic TV connection for the room, I had to use my phone to watch anything as there was no basic dstv connection.

Perfect location if you don’t mind the noise from the main road. Joy was very pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately the Main Road in Dullstroom (Naledi Drive) is a major through-route for large long haul trucks so you hear them all the time. The problem with this is that with the property being on the main road and so close to it, you hear the trucks going past all night and morning long, which can be an issue for you if you are a light sleeper or if the constant sound of trucks going past your room is a bother.

It was central on the main road which was a big plus because you can easily walk around without being too far from the property (but was also a bit of a problem - see what I didn't like). Parking is at the back which is nice so you don't have to leave your car on the main road parking. The room was spacious as well as warm (they have electric blankets on the bed). The room is also well maintained and clean. The touch of little kit-kats was a nice surprise (especially for my little one) as well as the water in the little fridge, and microwave in the room. Lastly, the citizens of Dullstroom are super friendly and make sure that you try the local places for food and snacks. Make sure to give the Dullstroom Bird of Prey and Rehabilitation Centre a visit. It's an amazing experience especially the demonstration.

There isn’t secure parking. I think they might need soundproofing, the trucks are very loud in the evenings and disrupted our sleep.

Loved that it was in the middle of the town and we could walk everywhere. The decor is beautiful and the room was very spacious!!! Loved it.

There was no secure parking, or covered parking. The weather wasn't great, storms and thunder and i think i would've slept better know the car was also safe. Other than that it was great.
