Accessing the room requires going through multiple gates and doors. This requires keeping track of a number of keys and locks. This relay need to be made simpler with a remote or keycard. WiFi was not great had issues trying to stream on my phone or work with a VPN

Location was amazing with the best views , The accommodation was grate with everything you need. The breakfast together with the setting of the dining room looking over the beach was fantastic

The amazing views. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Wow is all I say about this place...... The view, the architecture, the location overlooking the sea, direct access to the beach, great breakfast and very welcoming host. Wish we had stayed more than one night to get the most out of staying here. Did not use the pool as it was still too cold.

Bathroom is not private when the window blind is open. One way film/glass or a privacy screen would have been nice.

We recently returned to this luxurious guest house and were once again in awe of its design, amenities and incredible views. This time, we stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, and it truly redefined luxury and privacy. Every aspect of the suite is the epitome of sophistication and comfort. From the moment we arrived, Jay, the guest house manager, greeted us with a warm "Happy 40th Anniversary" and surprised us with a bottle of Cape Classic and beautiful roses. His genuine hospitality was apparent from the very start—he was attentive, personal, friendly and available 24/7 to answer any questions we had. Jay checked in on us daily, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel as though we were guests in his own home. His dedication to ensuring we had a seamless and memorable experience made all the difference. The Honeymoon Suite itself was nothing short of extraordinary. It boasts the largest private balcony with unparalleled views of the Indian Ocean, which we enjoyed daily. The suite also featured a stunning kitchen, perfect for entertaining, as well as a spacious sitting area with a cozy fireplace—ideal for relaxation or casual gatherings. The master bedroom, with its floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that fully opened to reveal the ocean, was a dream. The private ensuite, complete with an oversized glass shower, soaker tub, and double sinks, provided a serene and luxurious escape. Not to mention, the suite also had direct access to our own private pool, making it the perfect retreat for privacy and relaxation. The breakfast included a large continental spread in addition to, made-to-order hot menu that exceeded expectations. We had the option to enjoy our meals either indoors or on the terrace, both with breathtaking views of the ocean. This property continues to stand as one of the most beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid-out guesthouses we've had the privilege of staying at.

Breakfast staff were uninterested. Felt a little tired in places - maybe due to the pending sale. Breakfast very limited. Not sure the layout works as a "high end" boutique guest house. As a private home - WOW. The top floor suite is ridiculously large for 2 people.

The location and views are amazing. The house is stunning, but appears to be in limbo as it is for sale. Bedroom very comfortable.

It’s showing it’s age in places, unfortunately sewage smell frequently from the neighbours property, the description is wrong as there is no washing machine, ironing etc unless that is the “honeymoon suite”, which is not particularly exclusive either as you can look into some of their rooms. Overall property on different levels so only for people happy with steps.

Location, overlooking beach, walking distance of restaurant and centre of Wilderness, breakfast is plenty and staff all very helpful

Drain smell around the pool area - smelt like the septic tank needed emptying. Very poor WiFi signal in our room which also impacted TV service (smart TV). Music from reception played all night and we could hear it in our room. Staff did not appear to be particularly happy at work.

Big, impressive property in great location overlooking the beach. Nice pool area. Pleasant, spacious bedroom with very comfortable bed and the benefit of air conditioning. Great breakfast. The property has the ability for guests to self cater if they wish.
