Friendly and helpful staff, direct access to wonderful beach

Our bathroom was a bit dated. It did have a bath and a separate shower though. It was all very clean. Our room was extremely comfortable and the bed was also very comfortable. Would go back tomorrow if I could. The staff are lovely people enjoying where they work. They want you to have the best possible stay there.

Location is stunning. Step off your decking onto the lawn, then down onto the beach for early morning or sunset walks in the surf. Walking to selinas restaurant is also a positive. Enjoy a glass of wine on the decking whilst the sun sets. You could not ask for a better location or views, it’s just a bit tired in certain facilities. I would definitely recommend a couple of nights here. Wilderness is a lovely town as well.

Loved everything . It was a perfect stay. Wish it had been a longer . Exceptional location with a beautifully maintained garden leading onto the pristine Wilderness beach . A warm , kind welcome from our hosts made us feel right at home . Our unit was spacious and tastefully decorated . We stayed in the Neptune suite. Exceptional views over the ocean and the lounge area also afforded beautiful views . This would be a perfect accomodation for long stays . Kitchenette had all appliances . Lovely touch providing beach towels . The garden has ample sun loungers and quiet spots to unwind and relax. Breakfast was served overlooking the magnificent sea view and was delicious. Staff were all friendly , attentive and efficient. All was immaculate, well maintained , stylish, yet classic decor throughout. It felt more like a boutique hotel . Peaceful , tranquil getaway .

Great location with big rooms and amazing views over the bay. The room was comfortable although feeling a little dated. The reception and dining room also felt a little dated although clean and tidy. The staff were attentive and polite both at check in and breakfast.
