Staff were great and very polite and helpful. Great breakfast overlooking the Waterfront. Teatime and evening drinks were provided in very warming areas. They clean our car too! Truly enjoyed the great hospitality.

We received the warmest of welcomes at Thebloem, setting the tone for a truly special stay. Relaxing by the pool with drinks was a perfect way to unwind, and the thoughtful evening surprise of chocolates, a rose, and Amarula liqueur was such a lovely touch. Every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and care — an unforgettable experience!

Wow, wow, wow… our stay at THEBLOEM Guest Suites was absolutely excellent. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, and the service here is truly at the very top. Owner Tracy has curated the most wonderful team who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect in every way. The property sits in a quiet neighborhood with breathtaking views of the Knysna lagoon and the Heads beyond. The landscaping is gorgeous, and the rooms are modern, immaculate, and beautifully designed. We were warmly welcomed with champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a room decorated with fresh native flower blossoms, such thoughtful touches that immediately made us feel special. Each day brought more delights, from the included afternoon tea with fine loose-leaf teas and delicious pastries, to the fresh fruit and waters stocked in our room. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and kind, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. To our surprise, they even washed our car without us asking, which was such an unexpected and generous gesture! THEBLOEM is the perfect balance of peaceful escape and convenient location, close to all of Knysna’s activities and dining. Due to us having to checkout before sunrise, the Breakfast pack prepared by Jossy was exceptional! She made our stay an absolute dream! We will definitely be visit again. Everything about the accommodation was excellent!

This seems harsh abd it would not stop me returning but the sinks in the rooms looked very nice but were impractical, spraying water and too shallow. Also, I would really hVe appreciated a hand rail on the pool,we improvised with chair. I have arthritis and the Drop down into the pool was difficult but would have been fine with a hand rail tbh

Gorgeous accommodation with excellent staff who cannot do enough for you. The pre dinner drinks "happy hour" was a revelation as was the various treats in our room after returning from dinner. Also loved the copious free mineral water in the room and the fruit platters. Made us feel very cared for!

Maybe as a suggestion some indirect lights and make up light station would be great. But that didn’t detract from our experience.

Jossy gave us the warmest welcome and was so attentive. Absolutely amazing. We had breakfast on our terrace and it was wonderful. Attention to detail was incredible.

The service was 5star… the people. The whole team was just amazing. Attention to detail is on another level. Jozzy and Constance could go for being the same person. Their personalities and care and passion is on another level. Actually the whole team. The place is out of this world. I’d like to give a score higher than 10 please 🙋🏽‍♀️. The little gestures after a day out. Chocolates and flowers… a celebratory breakfast for my partner was just a cherry on top. More than we expected.

The property is beautiful and the host was able to cater for our last minutes changes. The best part of the property was the staff, absolute outstanding and very patient with my little kids.
