The gate must have remote or security that stays at the gate. We can not wakes up the lady when we need to go out. And the place got lot of insect.

I was told the place is fully booked when I showed the confirmation to the lady. When the boss arrived, he tried nearby accomodations to but were all full. We didn't want to leave as we have paid and have nowhere to go. Later we were accommodated to one room instead of two. We accepted it but there was no refund. The dorss are noisy when neighbours go in and out.

The bathroom has no basin, when you want to brush your teeth or wash your hands, you have to do that in the shower. The ceiling in the room needs to be changes. The bed and sofa had stains, it must be cleaned.

They misrepresent the property displaying pictures of a stove, microwave and kettle. Then when my staff bought food to prepare at home, the manager charged them extra R50 to use the cooking equipment... Very unprofessionally the owner says the facilities are only for the staff and not the clients? Then my staff was warned by the staff to lock their room door as the owner rents the rooms by the hour in the day as a brothel... That is disgusting to say the least. In all the years that I have used Booking. Com, I have never heard of such degrading standards. You will need to carefully look into this and take serious action.

The bed was bad there was so much noise.the reception gave me an attitude that I can't Forget. When I was at the gate calling the land lady she didn't pick up for a full 30 mins I was let in by the another guy who also booked for the night. The room was cold bed was so uncomfortable the spring was poking my back in every side I tried. They gave me 1 blanket to sleep with in this Winter 1 blanket! Like really?! I woke up early to find that the bathroom has no basin That place is a full disaster!

Everything, I just wasted money. The place is horrible, the room I was given smells so bad I was coughing the whole night. Showers were so so dirty. No sinks inside the room, you can't wash your hands after using the toilet, you must go to the door entrance to wash your hands and brush your teeth, where you meet up with everyone. Their hospitality is very poor, no privacy at all, kettle and tea cups are shared by all rooms, you go outside to boil water for tea, they don't even put tea/coffee things. Upon seeing the place, I opted for cancellation and booking com did, but the owners didn't know how to waive the cancellation fee on their side, so I was forced to stay. The bed was so uncomfortable. I will not recommend this place to anyone, it's not even a Guesthouse, it's more of those hours kinda things, I won't say the exact name.

The television in the room was not working, plugs a bit faulty. Reception area not very welcoming, keys just given with no sense of welcoming or what the place offers. It could do with thorough cleaning. No basin in the bathroom

Everything, the location, the place, the bed, the sheets ,the bathroom ,the TV, the water, the reception, the staff. Everything nje was just a mess. The place is very dirty, the sheets were not washed, the room nje was just small, untidy and scary. I don't want to talk about the bathroom 😔. The bathroom was dirty ..the shower was disgusting 🫣. Even their bath was full of grease and dirt. Yoh I regret booking that place. What a waste of money and time. I won't recommend the place to anyone, whether couples, or a group. I regret each moment I think of it. Basically, that thing is not a guest house..it's an abundant house.

Everything. The bed was risky and fixed with what looked like off cuts wood on both sides. The paint came off, the ceiling horribly dirty. Overall bad.

No breakfast, not even kitchen facilities, no linnen! There was nothing at all to like. They did not even had place for us and wanted to take us to another place. We left a day early because of the deceiving experience. No electricity, no hot water. Very bad experience overall.
