Mopumalanga is very hot , the second day I failed to sleep the aorcon wasn't working so it was really bad , but overall the staff is very good and the reception was welcoming

The Passage to Room 9 & other rooms too dark, lights not working, it is a health hazard, as there are some walkway steps, in the dark one may fall and injure himself, the ceilings needs attention, they are peeling off, they may fall anytime.

I noticed that the toilet in Room 5 was not working properly, but I was not alerted to this issue before I moved in. Only after I filed a complaint did they inform me that I would need to flush it 10 to 15 times and that waste might come back up. They advised me to close the toilet seat before flushing and to keep checking if it flushed correctly, but it still wasn't working. It seems they knew about the toilet issue but did not bother to call maintenance to fix it before I checked in. Additionally, there were no towels provided, and there was no mop available to wipe up water after bathing. On one occasion, I forgot to lock my room, which was not one of the rooms that required the door to be kept locked. The housekeeping staff mentioned my room and questioned why I hadn’t locked the door when they entered. They opened the door and then closed it again, complaining about the unlocked door. I wondered where it was stated that we must always keep the door locked. I had to leave very early in the morning at 06:30. I also overheard discussions among guests in other rooms about unpleasant odors, which made me wonder why they were not acknowledging that this is a B&B where people come to sleep—some for work and others for different reasons.
