Still waiting for my refund. Please don't book here communication is pathetic. The pictures on the net are deceiving!!! Doesn't look one bit as it does in reality.

南非2条评语被点有用：2“Mismanagement of bookings”We booked and confirmed 2 days prior to the date of stay and only to be stranded when we got there because they said they are fully booked. Had to be refunded the money and be left to look for alternatives while we don't even know the place. It all happened around late afternoons and my niece had to go to school the following day. it was her 1st time in Capetown not even knowing where to start about getting a place
