The bed was very bad quality. The pool was very dirty unable to swim. The bed sheets was dirty. One of the lady's that looks after the place stole my gift when she check the rooms before we left. When we are the back yard was so dirty and empty alcohol bottles

Dirt in the yard,if he can pave the yard like the other side where he took pictures for advertising the place.pool was not clean as well.there were no towels,tissue and toilet spray inside the bathroom

The yard is so dirty,and the kitchen doesn't smell nice.they don't clean our rooms I had to do it myself. As for the tea cups,they were broken as if they're from the grave yard. I wasn't impressed at all They're advising lies

Many people staying there. Approximately 8 other guests total, some long term renters. Incredibly noisy. Natasha (the staff) talks very, very loudly, woke up to her sweeping and hitting my door with the broom repeatedly. I'm almost certain it was intentional and for self amusement based on her other patterns. Many noisy tenants who get drunk and talk loudly outside the rooms. No key to door, I had to ask numerous times while Natasha took hours to provide the key. They don't give you a key to the main gate, you have to ask to drive your car out or leave. Natasha asks when you're leaving or coming back. Insane. Parking is ridiculous, there are approximately 5 cars parked, you'll be parked in and have to find the other tenants and ask them to move their car. One of the tenants was drunk and disgustingly rude when I asked him to move his car, almost got into a fight. The place was being renovated and the owner was rude, I was 30 minutes early and when I asked if I was at the right place because I saw building rubble, he said check in is at 2pm. Yet the workers remained working in the bathroom with power tools til 8pm!! Owner doesn't care at all about the conditions, and has a big ego. Natasha makes sure to repeat that the owner "is a very busy man". There was no hot water, water pressure was very low likely due to the renovations. Bathroom smelled of cement and cigarettes, house smelt of cigarettes despite no smoking rule. Natasha is rude and irresponsible. She will laugh at you if you make a make for example. Blinds to my room were quite damaged, anyone could look into the very small room. Little privacy. Kitchen is often populated by other tenants cooking their food. Flat screen TV is shared in the lounge. No internet provided.

There was 3beds in our room 2double beds and one 3quarter bed and we were only two people,the plugs in the room was not working wires hanging loose,there was other people's luggage in our room they came to knock us awake after 11 to get it that was so not right all night u hear doors banging people in and out,no cupboards no tv

There was not enough toilet paper , the towels were not enough , there was barely any water coming out of the shower Making it almost impossible to wash and there was no hot water either. The wifi was awful and the host kept waking us up before check out time

Battled to get hold of the owner. Battled to get into the property. It looked like they where still in construction on the property. There was so much noise and it sounded like someone was fighting into late hours of the evening.
