Freindly staff, breakfast excellent, room clean.

The staff, and especially Zethu, were friendly and accomodating. They deserve a bonus!

The WiFi was not available in my room, and very weak elsewhere in the facility. The breakfast was tasty but minimal. The processed cheese at breakfast was not appropriate fare for 4-star accommodation, and my throw on the bed had a big hole in it and doesn’t reflect well on the guest house.

The ocean views from the room were breadth taking. Including the bird view of the amenities area, especially at night. The water feature of the pool added to the exquisite view and sound of the waves

The use of fish oil instead of the healthy olive oil. Nevertheless, the chef went out of their way to deliver scrumptious meals, prepared with care and love to meet guests' expectations even outside serving times,

All was great. Just a note to adjust the TV as it faces upwards to the ceiling and it is difficult to see

Hi Unfortunately, our stay was not Pleasant at all, the aircons in both the lower bedrooms (lion and leopard) were not working from day 1, and was extremely hot at night. They tried fixing it for 2 days but nothing changed.  The cleaning team was not friendly, and not helpful at all,not even a smile and greet and they need training on customer service.  On the website, towels were supposed to be provided for swimming, but NOTHING.  The parking space and entrance needs to be leveled out and needs to be revamped. The ENTRANCE WITH Alot of STAIRS and carrying luggage up is an absolute nightmare.  The kitchen staff start preparing breakfast from 7am and make so much noise that it's impossible to sleep in.  The sliding door the bathroom kept on coming off the rails despite us asking for it to be fixed.  This place definitely needs a lot of attention and the staff need to be given a coarse on customer service.  I would not likely be staying here again. Extremely disappointed even though the location is amazing.

Sthe was amazing, thank you so much for everything. The staff was the best, they cared for us like we were family. They're hospitality was top notch. EVERYTHING about our stay was spectacular. A place to remember. The place is everything you can think of for relaxation and meeting nice people.

The host was very welcoming, also very attentive and helpful with requests. He’s truly amazing and does his job very well. All the staff were friendly. The view is the cherry on top, beautiful sea view. Safe neighbourhood as well, I was able to walk to the beach alone and to the shopping complex.

The value for money in this beautiful area. Whilst it’s not the most modernised place, it has all it needs for a comfortable stay at such a great price. The staff (mainly Stim, as I called him!) were warm and welcoming with a wicked sense of humour!

It’s up on a bit of a hill, which means it has a steep driveway (others seemed to have issues with it but not too much of a problem for us) but then their are stairs to reception and then further stairs up to the rooms. So luggage dragging can be tough. However, Stim helped us with our bags and he had big strong arms! Because it’s up on the hill, it gets great views over the ocean where we saw Humpback Whales splashing in the morning! So I’d take the hill and the stairs for that view any day!

The place is easy to find on maps, the staff was very welcoming, the Manager explained everything on arrival. The room was clean, spacious and the view was amazing. All amenities are within reach. Breakfast was delicious and hot. I would recommend the place to friends and family.
