You will eat a perfect Italian breakfast and you will be able to taste and buy her husband's award winning aceto balsamico. Everything was just perfect!

A lovely little unit set just outside the old city walls. A quick walk to the nearby sights. The highlight was a lovely garden courtyard to sit in. Giorgio gave us some good advice on places to eat and allowed us to check in early. A basket of goodies for breakfast was left, which was a bonus.

Nestled in the heart of Tuscany’s rolling green hills and quaint farms, the villa’s prime location captivates with its rich cultural and historical ambiance. The property boasts both a traditional church and a refreshing swimming pool. Mornings were a delight with a customizable breakfast; the attentive host prepared our chosen dishes, striking the right balance for an authentic European breakfast. The expansive green lawns surrounding the villa offered ample space for leisure and exercise, enhancing our stay with a touch of vitality.

I adored this place due to the building's historical background and it's repurposing. As a photographer, I appreciate being in a photogenic setting, and the indoor courtyard of this accommodation was unquestionably worth capturing. Ideal for a single-night stay. Also very suitable for traveling with a dog. My canine companion was permitted in the breakfast room.

Very helpful, friendly staff, always happy to assist if required. The breakfast room was nicely set up and had an excellent food selection available. Our room was decorated and furnished in period style and was like staying in a stately home. There was a pleasant courtyard with outdoor furniture and everything was very clean.

Quaint apartment with shared garden courtyard, but we rarely used as we spent more time exploring Bologna. Superb location, quick 10 min walk to the centre. Amazing restaurants and bars to access nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable and kitchen amenities were thoughtful and appreciated.
