The absolutely great location, great access, superb historical setting with modern quality, great service and access to location. The spa was lovely! And the little courtyard inside!

Lovely, clean and modern hotel hiding inside a stately old building just a stone's throw from the Trevi Fountain. The bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The room had a great balcony overlooking the street heading down to the fountain. The spa was amazing.

The old Roman themed style and the fancy entrance of building was absolutely a vibe. We even saw a baby bat 🦇 in the courtyard garden near the small fountain feature one night. The staff who welcomed us was friendly, responsive and helpful. The location is so central, with one of the famous fountains and a metro station just next block, and it was an easy walk of about 10-15mins to the beautiful Coloseo. The room is clean with everything as expected. Bathroom is spacious and aircon was working great.

The room was small but enough for one person. Two people would have to squeeze in. The bed was comfortable, toilet was clean. The location was 20 mins to historical center like the fountain, pantheon etc. The street was clean and safe to walk at night by myself. Staff were lovely and helpful. Walls were apparently thin but i was there to sleep and woke up early to see the city so i had no problem.

Great breakfast. Lovely garden courtyard. Easy walking distance of Termini station. Nicely air-conditioned in hot summer. Quiet room. Excellent shower. Staff person who checked us in at midnight was very kind and professional.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the historical area of Testaccio, within easy walking distance to major attractions.The apartment was clean and comfortable, equipped with all necessities. The building itself has a nice courtyard and is an example of traditional housing in this area of Rome.

The apartment and its location is very good. Few steps away from Pantheon and other main places in Rome like The Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Capitoline Hill. You are just in the middle of historical center of this beautiful city. The apartment is located inside very nice courtyard which makes it to be very quiet. The place is nice and clean. It has two comfortable big beds, equipped little kitchen and a bathroom. Maria, our host, was really nice and helpful. We recommend this place and hope to come back one day.

The balcony didn’t have a great view as the courtyard is a parking area(unused) but it is quiet and there is a nice water fountain attached to wall on the first floor. Around 5 minutes to public transport options(Rome public transport is great, easy to navigate with a smartphone, 3 day pass affordable/cheap) Multiple historical monuments/churches, restaurants, shopping areas within 15-20 minute walk. Clean and comfortable room, Simon provided good instructions on managing entry into building and room.
