We had two rooms and everything was according to, or beyond expectations (dinner, breakfast, river view, rooms, architecture and decorations, underground parking, balcony, etc). One thing I think I should mention in particular: it is a family run hotel and the owner spends some time with each visitor at dinner time, in a friendly but tactful manner.

City Zimmer - Appartement Dina Mariner is located in the centre of Lienz, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. All units offer a flat-screen satellite TV, and WiFi is provided for free.

Everything was very nice and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we couldn't try out the garden loungers by the pool due to the bad weather.
