The hotel is in a beautiful building full of history. It is located in an oasis of nature. A serene plantation type rural area just a short walking distance from the township. Ideal for a very relaxing stay and a very good night's sleep. Only a very short detour from major highways. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with top quality coffee .

Everything was excellent. From the comfort of the room to the breakfast and especially the staff. Although it was a very short stay of only one night, we left with the regret that we could not stay longer, to explore the city. The location of the hotel is superb. Great location, right in the center of this superb old town. We were offered 2 big apartments on the top floor, both very big and newly furnished. We didn't had breakfast but we had a great evening meal, the restaurant is excellent! The owner warmly welcomed us and he was there all the time in case of any need. Parking right in front of the hotel, the entire central square is open for parking and it costs 0,50 Eur / hour until 18:00 on working days. The hotel kindly offers some free parking coins for the guests.

Directly opposite Wels Train Station, Boutique Hotel Adria is a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The restaurant serves Mediterranean and Croatian specialities and a wide selection of fish dishes.
