Beautiful rooms with a splendid view. Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the most beautiful snow fall from our room and the restaurant. Breakfast was good with variety of options. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a luxury. Staff was cheerful and nice. Bit of an uphill walk from the station but manageable.

Wow, basically everything I never feel welcomed as in there. The staff is fantastic. I feel they are my family and as if I have known them for a long time The location is super wow. The location is perfect, it feels like it's at the end of the main street. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The breakfast has many types of local cheeses. I arrived at 8pm but I had the key ready with a welcome message and instructions. I liked that the room had a painting of the old train station and the hallway had 19th century furniture! And old pictures of Wengen in the hallways. Snacks and drinks in the lobby. I liked that I received a mini Gipfelwiiss in the room, which is a chocolate bar in the shape of the 4 snow-capped peaks (Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau and Silberhorn) and is produced in Wengen at the Vincenz Bäckerei - Konditorei on the main street.

The hotel is beautiful and our room and view were amazing. Lovely complimentary meringues and water, a nice touch. The room was well appointed, a great coffee machine and all the staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was superb.
