The hotel is beautiful and our room and view were amazing. Lovely complimentary meringues and water, a nice touch. The room was well appointed, a great coffee machine and all the staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was superb.

The location was splendid. Just 10 meters from the station. Got down and walked into the hotel. Couldnt have asked for more. Hotel is On the lake and inside a qiuet Swiss village. Short idyllic walks around the lake and the village made the triip very memorable. One can walk into the woods and hit a couple of walking trails to Lungern and Sarnen. . The restaurant is very cosy with fair choice of food. The staff are very courteous and helful. ... :. I will come back again if possible.......... :)

The minute I set my foot in this place I felt like home . Cozy intimate small chalet with history ( the walls are telling it !) full of personality Friendly owners, authentic ,warm and easy persons Everything is right there at your hand perfect confort the Swiss pragmatic touch is there Nature around is glorious . Enjoy the silence in the terrace with view to the majestic mountains . Total zen Guests are discreet and not at all noisy ( there were some playing billiard in the evening but not talking loudly at all) An oasis of peace in a place that feels like home ! Loved it. The staff were fantastic, a long term family run business. Location was great - just at the top of town. Bike ride was incredible- highly recommend 2-3 nights. We had dinner at the hotel one night which was great.
