We've stayed here a couple of times and each time the staff have been great and our rooms have always been clean and comfortable.

Great place, we really lucked out with this one, great room, facilities, felt like we were staying in a far more expensive hotel than we paid!

Enjoying a quiet location in the centre of Zernez, Hotel Acla Filli, Hotel is only a short drive from Swiss National Park. It offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking.

Super friendly staff who were very helpful our whole stay. Great location very close to the train station and shops, banks etc (but you can’t hear the trains so not noisy at all). Beautiful mountain views all round! Our room was really cosy and warm with balcony, table and chairs, comfy bed and a deep bath with powerful shower. Restaurant downstairs for dinner had plenty of options to choose from. Breakfast was a decent range of cold meats, cheeses, eggs, cereal, fruit and the best freshly baked bread! Plenty of parking available around the back. Zernez itself is a lovely little town too (photo of old castle in town) and it is only a short train or bus trip to St Moritz, Livigno, Klosters etc. We would definitely stay at Hotel Acla Filli again!

I love everything here - attention to details, atmosphere, people. I truly recommend visiting a restaurant for lunch / dinner. The best experience !!! Also, you will be welcomed by the dog named Max, he is amazing! (The hotel is dog friendly, you only need to pay a fee which is absolutely acceptable). Thank you for snacks for my dog :) Breakfast was amazing and really tasty. There is a big free parking as well.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a very good location in the center of town! What I especially like about their restaurant is that the food is delicious and the atmosphere is great.
