Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. There were many extra little services that were includes in the price (good sauna, swimming pool etc). The breakfast was remarkably good.

The room, breakfast, facilities and location all were excellent. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast was amazingly good. Room was big and clean and comfy. And the mountain view from our balcony, superb. Nothing to complain about. Definitely worth the visit.

We had family suite, very clean with amazing view over the mountains. Friendly atmosphere, professional stuff . Underground garage. Super location. Nice, clean swimming pool and hot tub, separate sauna area with 2 saunas and steam room. Very good breakfast.

We are very satisfied with our stay. Everything is just perfectly suited for our taste. We get a spacious room in the new building and so quiet and clean. And the hosts are so friendly and welcoming. Location is great too. Easily accessible to Zugspitze, Partnachklamm and 1 hour drive to Innsbruck.

The view from my single room was amazing. I didn't expect to have a balcony and a large window, so I enjoyed my time there. As everyone had mentioned, the breakfast was exceptional. The staff offered a choice of drinks and a hot meal for every guest, and the dining room/terrace was pleasantly quiet, with a view of the mountains. It was the most relaxing and comfortable breakfast experience I've ever had at a hotel.
