Excellent location for visiting all that's interesting, in Potsdam; a pleasant view from our room at the front of the hotel and the efficient double-glazing blocked any noise from the traffic. Close to recommendable restaurants and shops.. and the trams and buses are easily accessible within a short walk. The hotel is well maintained, tastefully decorated and all areas were kept clean, at all times. Our room was comfortable, again interestingly furnished and the heating/air-conditioning worked well. We appreciated the room safe and the complementary bottled water, replenished every day. Both the breakfast room and the bar area were light and airy...and had it been warm enough in the morning, we certainly would have sat on the delightful garden terrace. Breakfast was not included in our booking and at first, threatened to be rather expensive for us vegetarians who usually only eat fresh fruit and yoghurt to start the day; however, the variety of food available, here, ranks amongst our three top favourites and we were tempted on all five days of our stay. Really impressed to find roasted vegetables, a good selection of fresh fruits, soya yogurts, vegan paté and particularly, an incredible selection of proper, loose-leafed teas, rather than teabags! Service was professional and friendly and displays were replenished regularly. Nevertheless, a hotel stay is all about staff and service and the staff, here, deserve a special mention. From our arrival until our departure, the service was faultless in every area. Every query or request was dealt with immediately and efficiently in the warmest of manners. Special thanks to Stefan, Tony, Marcus, Michael and Katryn for making our stay such an enjoyable one and we look forward to visiting again.

It is a fantastic, intimate hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The building is beautiful, situated in a picturesque and quiet Dutch quarter of Potsdam. It was beyond my imagination how nice, efficient, and courteous the staff was. I had a great room with a cozy living room and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. In a nutshell: a pleasure. I will recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. It was an unforgettable experience.

Hotel with an excellent location. Small but comfortable room. The breakfast is very good. We parked the car at the hotel for 18 EUR per day. If you don't have a spot, there is a parking lot nearby.

The service staff is very very friendly and helpful. I book the room for my parents, who cannot speak German or Engish. He was very attentive to my parents' needs and made their stay process very smooth. Besides, the room is bright and clean. Breakfast is good. and the location is perfect.

SPA zone amazing Awesome breakfast

Clean and comfortable, big rooms, excellent breakfasts with variety of food, underground parking with a lot of space, also small swimming pool available for guests, nice and helpful staff and wifi working reasonably fast - it was very nice stay.

The hotel was located right in between the old city and the palace gardens, two of the places to visit in Potsdam, and it was walking distance to both of these attractions. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional, the breakfast was rich, and the room was very clean. I definitely recommend it.

Our Palace double room was huge in comparison to most hotel rooms and it had a balcony and view of the tower and square. The room was clean and quiet. It was nice to have a sitting area, desk and mini refrigerator. We appreciated that the staff so graciously provided us with an early check-in. The location next to Sanssouci Palace is ideal and we are glad that we spent the night after a long day of exploring. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

The property was in a very lovely part of the town. On weekends there’s a market on the square in front of it. To be honest, I could go on and on about how perfect this place was concerning our wishes.
