The location is really great and the apartment itself is incredibly comfy and well equipped. We had everything we needed right there in the room. The noise cancelling is an absolute dream-we have arrived during some kind of music festival, but with the balcony closed we could barely hear that anything is happening outside. Even our oversensitive dog could easily relax. Speaking of dogs - there was a blanket waiting for our pupil so we could cover the couch. They even included a complimentary ball 😄

Location is excellent for access to Potsdam, which is what we wanted. Berlin centre is about 30-40 mins away. Room clean, comfortable, well appointed Breakfast is really good. Great mix of fruits, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, breads etc. Good coffee too. Wifi, TV, etc., all worked fine We had a problem with our bill (we got charged twice for our stay). From the moment I checked in I was made to feel Welcome. The location was fantastic with several excellent restaurants close by . The breakfast was fresh and varied.the view onto Luisenplatz was entertaining but not too noisy. Closeness to tram and bus made getting around Potsdam easy
