The building is over 200 years old and has a lot of character and charm. The friendly owner has furnished and decorated each room with individual style and taste, with lovely lamps, artworks and sculptures. It is the nicest, most cosy single room I've ever stayed in, with everything you need. The breakfast was fantastic, I also loved the decor in the breakfast room. The owner and her staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

The staff were great and the hotel has a fantastic location. The room with sea-view are definitely worth the extra cost. Restaurant on site and middle-eastern and italian places near by. WE booked for 1 night and stayed 3 and were swtill a little sad to be leaving. The craft beers that they have for sale are delicious. We will be back.

A huge room stylishly furnished. Excellent breakfast. Good location to old town and railway station. The garden was a relaxing place to spend time during the heatwave. Very reasonably priced drinks.

The breakfast was very nice, lots of good cheese and salami, and variety of Brötchen. The property has a small beach that is very scenic and perfect for sunsets. The staff were very polite and helpful. They provide you a bus pass so that you can use the bus as you need.

Location. Defenately recomended. We traveled by Motobikes,parking place is near hotel. Staf is very friendly.

I didn’t see the stuff - everything was done online. So it’s a real plus for introverts 😁 our room was on the 2nd floor with the stairs located outside the building - it was a new experience for me. The hotel is located right in the center, it’s 5-10 min walk to the sea and Ozeaneum. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Nor.Tisch cafe located right in front of the entrance door is a real treasure 😍

We simply loved the Pension and its surroundings (die Altstadt). We also met the hosts and some of their colleagues on several occasions and they were all really friendly and outgoing. As other reviewers have mentioned, breakfast is available via vouchers in a café just around the corner (Mein Backhus). With so many edible attractions on offer, it's quite easy to exceed the limit of the voucher (€ 9.50 in 2023), but we didn't mind too much because the food and the coffee (we didn't have the filter coffee) were fresh and tasty. Some of the ladies at the café were nicer than some others, but we just decided to get over that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
