Really welcoming staff, ski rental in the hotel, nice spa and pool area, good restaurant buffet. Room was big and had an amazing room. would though recommend to put a line for drying/ airing your clothes on the balcony.

the staff/ owners were so warm and friendly. we asked at late notice for an extra mattress and they gave us their own sons bed. We were also incredibly sick and they brought us lemon water and were going to help us with a doctor if we needed it. They were so kind. The chalet was so beautiful and cosy and the surrounds are spectacular. Food in the restaurant is also delicious.

The pool is amazing, really clean and warm. The children loved it. the flat was really clean and welcoming. More hangers for clothes would have been ideal.
