For me, two things are important when booking a hotel - cleanliness and service. Both were amazing, the staff was very kind and the room was beautiful. Our breakfast - delicious. I can't complain about anything, we will definitely come back here again.

This was my second stay with Chris & Caroline; they are my 'go-to' hotel when I stay in Eastbourne. The rooms are gorgeous, all decorated in a different colour with tv, hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities with a great selection of biscuits! The bathrooms are modern, well laid out and there are complimentary toiletries. Breakfast each day is a feast, beautifully presented with so much on offer. Chris' scrambled eggs are the best I've ever tasted😋 This was a poignant trip for me as it was the first to the hotel without my late husband. Chris and Caroline were so welcoming and supportive throughout my stay - they are the best! I would always highly recommend the Ravilious to anyone☺️

Breakfast was fast, substantial and tasty- particularly the bacon! The location was fabulous. Lots of wonderful walks available in such an historic old village. Easy access into Eastboure via a close-by bus and close enough to Polgate station for access to the airport, London and other places. Perfect!

An excellent hôtel in every way. A modern looking building on the seafront in a prime location. Welcoming staff on arrival. I had a super little single room with a seaview and a huge balcony. The room is very well equipped. The breakfast choice is excellent and it is a lovely room overlooking the sea. I will definitely be returning.

We have been before and love the property. Like the e entertainment evening and the resturant is amazing ( was promised a treat for our 25th wedding anniversary while we were there but sadly it didn’t materialise) the bathroom was lovely. Loved slippers and robes a bit of luxury. Great sea view lovely big towels

Every member of staff was polite, courteous and very helpful. We had an issue with our room so we were offered another one straightaway . The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a little bit of luxury. It was lovely. We loved the pool and jacuzzi too. The Mirabelle tasting menu was very good. Breakfast was really nice. Parking was easy.

The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble ,we upgraded to a seafront room when we got to hotel at a great price 4 poster bed and a jacuzzi bath ,pool was lovely ,good was good well definitely be back

You could have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday without ever leaving the hotel. The service was absolutely fantastic, the staff pay attention to every detail. Our room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. It was large and airy and the bed was so comfortable! The outdoor pool area was wonderful and the spa was nice also. We also enjoyed the jazz band that played on Saturday evening. The location is great. It feels secluded but there is easy access to everything. It was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely location right on the beach front. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and attended to all our needs. We had a side sea view room which was spotless and the bed was very big and very comfortable We had dinner and breakfast, and both were excellent. Nice and relaxing by the swimming pool. There is a steam room and a jacuzzi
