The staff have been exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay the best one possible. Dwi picked us up from the airport and even though it being an odd time at night, he made sure we get our sims and food on the way. He was also super helpful with suggesting locations and such a friendly personality overall! Mahen made our stay very comfortable as well and ensured that we have the best experience, with little surprises now and then. Would recommend anyone coming to ubud to definitely stay here- the experience has vans truly exceptional!

Absolutely everything! The staff were so friendly, nothing was ever a hassle.. the breakfast was amazing! Rooms cleaned every day.. Pool area always tidy! Very close to the monkey forest, occasionally seen them round the hotel.. but this was first thing in the morning or around 4pm, before their feeding time at the sanctuary!

everything!!! stuff was incredibly nice and helpful, the owner is the cutes balinese women I've ever met! the territory is very comfy and I was feeling safe (what is really important for me). I was staying for 6 nights on my own, breakfasts were delicious, room is big and comfy, I also really enjoyed to have an aquarium with fish, everything was clean and just beautiful.l Thank you very much for such an amazing stay!
