Mr Prem, the Front Office Manager, and his colleague Mr Timan, went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. i won't go into detail, however their efforts enabled my safe and timely return to the UK after my stay in Trichy. My sincere thanks to them both.
The hotel itself is well equipped, clean and comfortable, meeting all of a traveller's wants and needs.
