We arrived after midnight but the young man on reception was extremely friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the bottles of water in the fridge and the plug in mosquito deterrent, a nice touch. The electric window blinds were really good, giving a blackout to enable a good night's sleep. Aircon worked efficiently and was fairly quiet. Continental breakfast was very good and plentiful.

This is an amazing hotel, clean, large and bright rooms. Especially the staff was amazing and a guy named Antonio who was attentive to every question helped in an unusual way and gave us a feeling of home. Everything we asked for we got. We have no words for the most recommended hotel. I wish for every hotel in the world. And a very personal thank you to Antonio!!

Stayed 1 night here as a halfway stop driving down to the South of Italy. Very pleasant surprise. The farmhouse was really lovely, furnished with all kinds of antiques. The view of the countryside outside the window is impossibly picturesque. The host, if anything, was too friendly. Amenities were pretty good and even for breakfast there was a great spread.

Exceptionally nice place to stay. It's reachable only by car and located rather in rural area. Very friendly hosts, they raise and train dogs, and many gorgeous dogs are leaving on the villa. Also there is a excellent restaurant with good prices. Ravenna and seashore are 15-20 min by car.

Lovely hotel . Last minute booking for us. Very helpful staff . We travel with our dogs . In the room was a dogs bed and water bowl . Which was a nice touch . The room service food we had was fantastic couldn’t praise it enough. Best ever and we travel a lot. We also had breakfast in the room. We prefer to eat in the room as it is so much easier when traveling with our dogs .
