Paolo, the owner is one of the most kind and attentive hosts you will find in all of Italy! We were so happy we chose the B&B for our stay in Modena, it was close to downtown, yet far enough away to stay in a quiet area. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of choices, and our room was lovely with a comfortable bed, and pillows for a good nights rest. The B&B is well cared for, the grounds are lovely, and there's parking under cover. Paolo, will help you make any kind of wonderful experiences you can dream of in the Modena area. His wife and daughter teach a wonderful pasta making class, that includes a multi course dinner, be sure to book the class if you can. there's a wonderful restaurant close walking distance for dinner, if you don't want to go into town. The room was clean and modern. All the rooms were in one complex. Checking in was easy with clear instructions. The complex was manned during the day.
