I can't give this place enough praise. The host, Paolo is a one of a kind. He does everthing in his power to make your stay as worthwhile as possible. This family-run villa is situated at the edge of Modena city, surrounded by acres of scenic countryside. The rooms are spacious and clean with newly renovated bathrooms. The breakfast is very good, with a variety of options including local cusine. A special recommendation goes to the aceto balsamico tour, which was an absolute delight. Having traveled all over the world I can truly say this place is something special.

Everything about this place was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The decor was superb, the morning snacks high quality, and our hostess was really friendly and helpful. If I'm ever in Modena again I will certainly choose to stay here.

Wonderful rooms and a great location, just 5 mins from the center of beautiful Modena. The host is really accommodating and helpful. We forgot a valuable item in our room when we left and she sent it to us promptly via the post, The rooms have great AC and include also an information pamphlets for guests about Modena along with info about restaurants nearby.
