First of all, we had a very spacious room with a bathtub and it was definitely very comfortable. The hotel has its own restaurants and the weather was awful so we stayed in and enjoyed great food in fresco! Can’t thank the manager Patricio and Anika who did their best to give us the best experience and to make our evening special!

The highlight of this hotel for me and my wife was its location. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city and a few minutes walk from everything you might need. The hotel is part of a large chain and the professional behavior of the staff confirms this fact. We had no problems with our arrival, stay and departure. Our room was warm, adequate and quiet. Officers obeyed the “Do not disturb” request at the door. It was a nice experience to find household appliances such as a refrigerator and kettle in the room, which was not possible at the Scandic Solli Oslo we visited later. The choice at breakfast was adequate but not spectacular.

The breakfast was excellent with various food choices. The toilet is spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and considerate. Free waffles are available from 5 to 8pm, which is very sweet of the hotel. I had to check out early and they even prepared me a pre-packed breakfast to take to the train!

At our request hotel management gave us a ground floor room and a slight extension of check out time. Room was cozy and we liked the old style lamps in our room. All the Hotel staff were helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety.
